Unboxing Video Requirement
To request a return, customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package
- Opening of the package
- The damaged product
Send the unboxing video along with your order details to:
Return Approval
- Once our team verifies the damage through the video, the return request will be approved.
Return Shipping Charges
- If the product is damaged → Free return shipping
- If the product is not damaged but you still want to return → Customer must pay ₹140 return shipping fee
Refund Process
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
